Civil War Massachusetts Arms, Adams revovler
Manufactured by Massachusetts Arms, Co., Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts.   This scarce early revolver is a double action, 5 shot, .31 caliber weapon.  Marked on top of the breech "MADE FOR ADAMS REVOLVING ARMS CO. N.Y./ BY MASS. ARMS CO.  CHICOPEE FALLS/ PATENT MAY 3, 1853, JUNE 3, 1856, APRIL 7, 1857" .  Serial number 2785.  Grips and finish are very clean with good tight action and no damage.
