WWI 77th Division Purple Heart group
Very complete group to a 77th Division Private who earned his Purple Heart for wounds received on August 15, 1918 while serving with the 305thInfantry Regiment.
Includes his officially named and numbered Purple Heart, 3 bar Victory madel, New York WWI service medal, a trio of VFW reunion medals with his name in the top bars, a great 77th Division WELCOME HOME pin, and a two place ribbon bar for the Federal awards as would have been sold at one of the reunions by the noted George Studley.
