42nd UCV Reunion Chairman of Big Scouts Medal
This 42nd United Confederate Veterans National Reunion badge would have been worn by the Chairman of the Boy Scouts at the 42nd Reunion held in Richmond, Virginia 1932.
The badge is overall excellent however the ribbon is seperating across the center.
