Name Only Ground Röhm SA Dagger
Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light age only with a clear NS group mark, no damage to grip, clean bright blade, dent free scabbard with strong anodized finish. The deeply etched motto shows a far better background than my photography would lead you to believe! The Röhm name is neatly removed leaving the full inscription and only SOLINGEN from the makers name, I believe it is an E. Pack dagger.
Interestingly there is a faint service number neatly etched just above the crossguard!
It does boggle the mind that an SA member would be so devoted to Ernst Rohm to risk the uncertain future of being caught with a name only removed dagger.
