Memphis Belle Robert Morgan Sweetheart Bracelet
Robert Morgan, well known as pilot of the Memphis Belle, trained at Southern Aviation School in my little town of Camden, SC. While here he dated a young lady named Betty Whittaker and in his autobiography he talks about dating "Miss Betty". They parted ways and each married another. Before heading overseas, he gave her this engraved i.d. bracelet.  In 1999, after her death, her husband sold me this unique bit of history.
