Heer Generalstab Hauptmann Service blouse & Breeches
Set of service blouse and breeches for a Heer Generalstab Hauptmann in high quality fine tailoring. The four pocket louse is trikot wool and lined in dark green rayon with dagger or sword slit. It has a frayed woven Straubing tailor's label and features four pleated patch pockets, turn back cuffs and stand and fall collar with machine applied collar emblems on a dark green badge cloth backing, the sewn in shoulder board has have two gilt rank pips, the bullion national emblem is hand applied, all buttons are present.  There are loops for two breast badges and a long ribbon bar, button ribbons for the KVKII and Romanian Anti Communist medals are sewn to the second from top front buttonhole, the upper left sleeve has a neatly period hand applied Krim shield on an issue wool backing.
The breeches are a stone grey trikot wool with a waist lining, pocket bags, inner belt, slashed hip pockets, and a small watch pocket. Each outer leg has a center seam piped in carmine red and two flanking broad red stripes of the same color applied via machine sewing. Even light age only without serious damage, repair or alterations.
