Attractive celleloid badge featuring Robert E. Lee and worn at the United Confederate Veterans Reunion held in Louisville, Kentucky in 1900. Good clear finish and no damage. I've seen these suspended from a number of different ribbons, apparently worn as the veteran preferred.
