State Division U.C.V. Badge with top bar showing Pettus and Morgan over the Second National CSA flag.  Drop is a "Selma 1915" on cotton ball. Both Metals and ribbon marked Whitehead and Hoag, Newark, N.J.  Mounted on correct older ribbon that appears to be the original but has been repaired. Scarce badge, displays nicely.
